cordially invites you to the opening of
the Fundraising-Exhibition for the project U(dys)topia
- a cross-cultural collaboration of fourteen Indonesian and German artists & 1st Anniversary of Kersan Art Studio
This inspiring project will start with sending the indonesian artists to Germany in May/June to collaborate with their German counterparts and to exhibit the common created artwork in Berlin and Dresden. This project has already raised great awareness in Germany and is supported by many leading German organisations, like IFA (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen), Hochschule für Bildende Künste, Dresden, Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Sachsen, Dresden, Landeshauptstadt Dresden, Freies Museum Berlin.
Our exhibition wants to show masterpieces of the Indonesian artists and also has the purpose to raise additional funds for their work in Germany. With this we hope we can start creating a similar recognition here in Indonesia and support the collaboration.

Berkarya seni bagi saya adalah sebuah meditasi. Ia merupakan proses pengembaraan intuisi untuk menangkap dan menterjemahkan gerak hidup dari naluri kehidupan ke dalam bahasa visual. Bahasa visual yang saya gunakan berpijak pada GAYA PLURAL: Multi-etnis, multi-teknik, atau multi-style.
